Looking at imminent completion of the GEO's 5-point formation, preceding event to 1-4 TL validation.

CROW Code targets, as of today (23 OCT 2018):

UPDATE - VZ - 09 DEC 2018:

Price is reacting against TGO = 59.12, which is a CROW geometric target. This suggests that price is more likely to complete an underlying geometry (here, the GEO - shown in my strategy section) before resuming and completing loftier targets ... Not always true, but the behavior would be consistent with prior instances.
