Shapes and Trends

Hardly scientifically carried out - but I was just wondering about the dramatic change in Bitcoin's movements since 2017 . .nothing new I'm sure, but relatively new to me . .the OBVIOUS smoothing of the rises / falls . .and all together , a far less manic feel to these moves . .far fewer "mega-pumps/dumps" . .to me it all looks extremely positive, irrespective of all the conflicting news/hype ?
