Cautious about XLM

XLM last rise is not showing a clean impulsive sequence and when compared to previous 0.1212 high the token didn't rise much. This makes us being cautious about the short term picture, thus the neutral outlook.
Stellar is currently consolidating, and we don't want to see a too deep pullback. The 0.11 level shall be enough, and we would like to see quickly sustained trade above 0.1212.
