Staples...can they do it this time?

XLP is at a major location where it has had quite a few fake breakouts on weekly
this time , however it has consolidated for quite a few weeks below that level...so might have power to hold...
staple names also reporting and should benefit from the lower inflation numbers (margins will improve)
defensive sector, can compliment the XLV also
