Ripple is in exciting stage of breaking out to upside or not. If yes, add position > 27 for target 0.34/0.36 the least

A close below 0.27 is an exit for me as wick is way too long then. A speculative short to 0.18 might be the best thing to do which, once reached, should be the catalyst for severe upswing.
