YM - Unruly Dow 30

Unlike ES and NQ, YM has failed to create a higher high on the daily timeframe suggesting that if we were to see some form of a retracement, YM could be the first mover.

As expected, YM was the first to move with daily lows already sweeping prior support @ $38,789.
Currently trading in discounted territories. How far of a discount can YM go?
