Higher lows, equal highs (daily close), volume tapering; indicating building strength.
What to wait on?
Safest route would be to enter on a retest after the break. Depending on the volume of the break, the first pull back is expected to be at the last broken resistance, however if there is a huge volume break, that first pull back may be way up the chart.
