Quintessential rounded bottom formation. Breakout target to ~ 28, subsequent pull back to break out trendline. This pattern is a tread reversal hallmark. It will make a fantastic swing trade if it plays out, but an even better long term investment.

This could turn into a cup/handle with price retracing to ~ 20 then going up. I am not sure if that will happen. This would fill the gap.
