3rd and last interim announcement regarding the share repurchase programme for shares of Frequentis AG, ISIN: ATFREQUENT09

Publication pursuant to Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Article 2 Para 3 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

In the period from 6 October 2025 to 8 October 2025, Frequentis AG acquired a total of 1,469 shares under the share repurchase programme published on 8 September 2025. Since the total sum of 6,000 shares had already been reached on 8 October 2025, no further share buybacks were made in the period from 9 to 10 October 2025. The total number of repurchased shares, the weighted average price, and the aggregated volume for the period mentioned per day were as follows:

Since the start of the share repurchase programme on 22 September 2025, 6,000 shares have thus been purchased. The shares were repurchased exclusively via the Vienna Stock Exchange by a bank commissioned by Frequentis AG.
