EAM Solar AS: Rights Issue - Minimum Subscription Amount Exceeded

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by EAM SolarAS(the "Company") on 17 September 2025 regarding the ongoing rights issue (the"Rights Issue"), and on 1 October 2025 regarding the minutes of theExtraordinary General Meeting.

As of Monday, 20 October 2025, the Company has received subscriptions forsharesexceeding the announced minimum subscription amount.

Due to the material information published by the Company yesterday, 20 october2025, the subscription period has been extended. The extended subscriptionperiod in the Rights Issue will continue as previously announced until 24October 2025 at 16:30 CET. The Board retains the authority to close thesubscription period earlier than 24 October 2025 at its discretion.
