Notification of transactions by primary insiders and their close associates

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 26 June 2025, regarding theissuance of 1,124,154 shares (the "Shares") to the CEO of the Company, LeifArnold Thomas (the "CEO") as settlement of the CEO's accrued bonus pursuant tothe share incentive agreement with the Company. On 25 October 2025, LeifArnoldThomas sold the Shares to his wholly owned holding company, Samo Holding AS.

Attached is the notification of the transaction in accordance with Article 19ofthe Market Abuse Regulation Article 19.
