Holla-322-LTCUSD Beta

This is a beta version of the LTC Algo with corrected logic for exit events. Though this incorrect logic is present in all other algos, I have not yet updated BTC,LTC, and ETH scripts yet as they are still profitable signals. I will however, fix those pairs once I finish BCH's algo.
