Fixed alert conditions.Added BB cloud, trade strategy in general:
- buy when %b is under the cloud and near or below 0
- sell when %b is above the cloud and near or above 1
- when %b is inside the cloud it's in a area of turbulence, the general trend and divergence on higher frames can help to determined the direction
