Bollinger Bands with Moving Averages and MTF
Bollinger Bands basically use SMA, here I revised it for use with many moving averages. Moving average types I have added: "EMA", "RMA", "SMA", "WMA", "VWMA", "WWMA", "TMA", "VAR", "ZLEMA", "TSF".
There is also an MTF option to view different time zones.
