Power of probability 4 - Overlay

The successor to Po3. The significant difference from Po3 is the user can now choose the number of candles the probability equations should study.

Why do this?
In some instances but not always oscillator extremes are out of phase with other oscillator extremes. It is more preferable for probability to be measured from extreme values in a given candle period rather than an absolute period.

The overlay tool now has a single alert setting for any signal except "good".
This allows you to have a single Watchlist alarm for four alert types:

Good and incredible buys
Good and incredible sells
