draws 45, 55 , 65 rsi levels with a thin blue line , plot rsi(14) with a black line , plot sma(9) of rsi(14) with a blur line , plot sma(50) of rsi(14) with a line which turns green when sma(50) of rsi 14 starts increasing and turns red when it starts decreasing
