PWHL/PDHL Status
There are 3 modes and 2 timeframes
This indicator tracks 4 levels: PWL, PWH, PDL,
If these levels are not broken, it will display the status as IB for inside bar.
There are optional lines to display distance to the levels
Once one of those levels are breached, the status will change to show which one broke.
If both levels break, then the status will change to OB for outside bar.
