✅ New Combined Label Feature:

Smart Detection: Automatically combines when FVG and iFVG overlap

How The Combining Works:

Both FVG and iFVG boxes draw normally (solid and dashed)
After drawing, the combiner checks for overlaps
When detected, it:

Deletes individual labels
Creates combined text: "FVG 1.2x + iFVG 0.8x"
Positions at average level
Colors in purple for visibility
