This is MACD indicator enhanced with:

- Show MACD and Signal Only or Histogram Only or Both
- Show Buy and Sell Alert - MACD Cross
- Show Bar Color
- Show Regular and Hidden divergence
- Show Divergence Labels
- Generate Alerts: Buy/Sell and Divergence
