z-Score-Vola (Energy & Divergence)
Overview of Metrics
Vola z-Score: Measures how "nervous" the market is. It shows the number of standard deviations current volatility is from its 30-period average.
Trend Energy: Shows the momentum of volatility.
RISING: Increasing activity (Trend gaining strength)
FALLING: Decreasing activity (Trend losing steam).
Divergence:
A warning signal that appears when price hits a new high/low, but volatility is already dropping.
How to Trade with this Script
1. Breakout Hunting: Look for the SQUEEZE status. When the status changes to ELEVATED and Energy turns RISING, a massive move is likely starting.
2. Trend Confirmation: A healthy trend should have RISING Energy. If Energy turns FALLING while the trend continues, the move is becoming fragile.
3. Profit Taking: If the status hits EXTREME HIGH and a DIVERGENCE warning appears, consider tightening stop-losses or taking profits. The "fuel" for the move is running out.
