ICT Bread and Butter Sell-SetupICT Bread and Butter Sell-Setup – TradingView Strategy
Overview:
The ICT Bread and Butter Sell-Setup is an intraday trading strategy designed to capitalize on bearish market conditions. It follows institutional order flow and exploits liquidity patterns within key trading sessions—London, New York, and Asia—to identify high-probability short entries.
Key Components of the Strategy:
🔹 London Open Setup (2:00 AM – 8:20 AM NY Time)
The London session typically sets the initial directional move of the day.
A short-term high often forms before a downward push, establishing the daily high.
🔹 New York Open Kill Zone (8:20 AM – 10:00 AM NY Time)
The New York Judas Swing (a temporary rally above London’s high) creates an opportunity for short entries.
Traders fade this move, anticipating a sell-off targeting liquidity below previous lows.
🔹 London Close Buy Setup (10:30 AM – 1:00 PM NY Time)
If price reaches a higher timeframe discount array, a retracement higher is expected.
A bullish order block or failure swing signals a possible reversal.
The risk is set just below the day’s low, targeting a 20-30% retracement of the daily range.
🔹 Asia Open Sell Setup (7:00 PM – 2:00 AM NY Time)
If institutional order flow remains bearish, a short entry is taken around the 0-GMT Open.
Expect a 15-20 pip decline as the Asian range forms.
Strategy Rules:
📉 Short Entry Conditions:
✅ New York Judas Swing occurs (price moves above London’s high before reversing).
✅ Short entry is triggered when price closes below the open.
✅ Stop-loss is set 10 pips above the session high.
✅ Take-profit targets liquidity zones on higher timeframes.
📈 Long Entry (London Close Reversal):
✅ Price reaches a higher timeframe discount array between 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM NY Time.
✅ A bullish order block confirms the reversal.
✅ Stop-loss is set 10 pips below the day’s low.
✅ Take-profit targets 20-30% of the daily range retracement.
📉 Asia Open Sell Entry:
✅ Price trades slightly above the 0-GMT Open.
✅ Short entry is taken at resistance, targeting a quick 15-20 pip move.
Why Use This Strategy?
🚀 Institutional Order Flow Tracking – Aligns with smart money concepts.
📊 Precise Session Timing – Uses market structure across London, New York, and Asia.
🎯 High-Probability Entries – Focuses on liquidity grabs and engineered stop hunts.
📉 Optimized Risk Management – Defined stop-loss and take-profit levels.
This strategy is ideal for traders looking to trade with institutions, fade liquidity grabs, and capture high-probability short setups during the trading day. 📉🔥
Quarterly Theory ICT 03 [TradingFinder] Precision Swing Points🔵 Introduction
Precision Swing Point (PSP) is a divergence pattern in the closing of candles between two correlated assets, which can indicate a potential trend reversal. This structure appears at market turning points and highlights discrepancies between the price behavior of two related assets.
PSP typically forms in key timeframes such as 5-minute, 15-minute, and 90-minute charts, and is often used in combination with Smart Money Concepts (SMT) to confirm trade entries.
PSP is categorized into Bearish PSP and Bullish PSP :
Bearish PSP : Occurs when an asset breaks its previous high, and its middle candle closes bullish, while the correlated asset closes bearish at the same level. This divergence signals weakness in the uptrend and a potential price reversal downward.
Bullish PSP : Occurs when an asset breaks its previous low, and its middle candle closes bearish, while the correlated asset closes bullish at the same level. This suggests weakness in the downtrend and a potential price increase.
🟣 Trading Strategies Using Precision Swing Point (PSP)
PSP can be integrated into various trading strategies to improve entry accuracy and filter out false signals. One common method is combining PSP with SMT (divergence between correlated assets), where traders identify divergence and enter a trade only after PSP confirms the move.
Additionally, PSP can act as a liquidity gap, meaning that price tends to react to the wick of the PSP candle, making it a favorable entry point with a tight stop-loss and high risk-to-reward ratio. Furthermore, PSP combined with Order Blocks and Fair Value Gaps in higher timeframes allows traders to identify stronger reversal zones.
In lower timeframes, such as 5-minute or 15-minute charts, PSP can serve as a confirmation for more precise entries in the direction of the higher timeframe trend. This is particularly useful in scalping and intraday trading, helping traders execute smarter entries while minimizing unnecessary stop-outs.
🔵 How to Use
PSP is a trading pattern based on divergence in candle closures between two correlated assets. This divergence signals a difference in trend strength and can be used to identify precise market turning points. PSP is divided into Bullish PSP and Bearish PSP, each applicable for long and short trades.
🟣 Bullish PSP
A Bullish PSP forms when, at a market turning point, the middle candle of one asset closes bearish while the correlated asset closes bullish. This discrepancy indicates weakness in the downtrend and a potential price reversal upward.
Traders can use this as a signal for long (buy) trades. The best approach is to wait for price to return to the wick of the PSP candle, as this area typically acts as a liquidity level.
f PSP forms within an Order Block or Fair Value Gap in a higher timeframe, its reliability increases, allowing for entries with tight stop-loss and optimal risk-to-reward ratios.
🟣 Bearish PSP
A Bearish PSP forms when, at a market turning point, the middle candle of one asset closes bullish while the correlated asset closes bearish. This indicates weakness in the uptrend and a potential price decline.
Traders use this pattern to enter short (sell) trades. The best entry occurs when price retests the wick of the PSP candle, as this level often acts as a resistance zone, pushing price lower.
If PSP aligns with a significant liquidity area or Order Block in a higher timeframe, traders can enter with greater confidence and place their stop-loss just above the PSP wick.
Overall, PSP is a highly effective tool for filtering false signals and improving trade entry precision. Combining PSP with SMT, Order Blocks, and Fair Value Gaps across multiple timeframes allows traders to execute higher-accuracy trades with lower risk.
🔵 Settings
Mode :
2 Symbol : Identifies PSP and PCP between two correlated assets.
3 Symbol : Compares three assets to detect more complex divergences and stronger confirmation signals.
Second Symbol : The second asset used in PSP and correlation calculations.
Third Symbol : Used in three-symbol mode for deeper PSP and PCP analysis.
Filter Precision X Point : Enables or disables filtering for more precise PSP and PCP detection. This filter only identifies PSP and PCP when the base asset's candle qualifies as a Pin Bar.
Trend Effect : By changing the Trend Effect status to "Off," all Pin bars, whether bullish or bearish, are displayed regardless of the current market trend. If the status remains "On," only Pin bars in the direction of the main market trend are shown.
Bullish Pin Bar Setting : Using the "Ratio Lower Shadow to Body" and "Ratio Lower Shadow to Higher Shadow" settings, you can customize your bullish Pin bar candles. Larger numbers impose stricter conditions for identifying bullish Pin bars.
Bearish Pin Bar Setting : Using the "Ratio Higher Shadow to Body" and "Ratio Higher Shadow to Lower Shadow" settings, you can customize your bearish Pin bar candles. Larger numbers impose stricter conditions for identifying bearish Pin bars.
🔵 Conclusion
Precision Swing Point (PSP) is a powerful analytical tool in Smart Money trading strategies, helping traders identify precise market turning points by detecting divergences in candle closures between correlated assets. PSP is classified into Bullish PSP and Bearish PSP, each playing a crucial role in detecting trend weaknesses and determining optimal entry points for long and short trades.
Using the PSP wick as a key liquidity level, integrating it with SMT, Order Blocks, and Fair Value Gaps, and analyzing higher timeframes are effective techniques to enhance trade entries. Ultimately, PSP serves as a complementary tool for improving entry accuracy and reducing unnecessary stop-outs, making it a valuable addition to Smart Money trading methodologies.

__________________________________________________________________________________
✨ Key Features
🔹 HybridSync (Hybrid Model)
Utilizes on-chain, economic, liquidity, and volatility factors to provide a fundamental market risk outlook. Unlike technical models, it derives signals primarily from macroeconomic indicators, risk appetite gauges, and capital flows.
🔹 EvolveXSync, & ApexSync (Technical Strategies)
Both strategies are purely price-based, relying on volatility-adjusted trend models, adaptive moving averages, and statistical deviations to confirm bullish or bearish trends.
🔹 QBHV Sync (Momentum & Deviation-Based System)
A fusion of momentum-deviation and a volatility-driven trend confirmation model, designed to detect shifts in momentum while filtering out market noise.
🔹 Trend Confluence (Final Aggregated Signal)
A weighted combination of all four models, delivering a single, structured signal to eliminate conflicting indicators and refine decision-making.
__________________________________________________________________________________
📊 How It Works
1️⃣ HybridSync – Non-Price Market Structure Analysis
HybridSync is an economic and liquidity-based framework, integrating macro variables, credit spreads, volatility indices, capital flows, and on-chain dynamics to assess risk-on/risk-off conditions.
📌 Key Components:
✔ On-Chain Metrics → Tracks investor behavior, exchange flows, and market cap ratios.
✔ Liquidity Indicators → Monitors global money supply (M2), Federal Reserve balance sheet, credit markets, and capital flows.
✔ Volatility & Risk Metrics → Uses MOVE, VIX, VVIX ratios, and bond market stress indicators to identify risk sentiment shifts.
🔹 Why HybridSync?
• Price alone does not dictate the market; macro liquidity and risk factors are often leading indicators of price movement, especially when it comes to risk assets such as cryptocurrencies.
• Improves decision-making in uncertain market environments, particularly during high-volatility or trendless conditions.
2️⃣ EvolveXSync, & ApexSync – Trend-Following & Volatility Models
Both EvolveXSync, & ApexSync are technical strategies, independently designed to capture trend strength and volatility dynamics.
📌 Core Mechanisms:
✔ VIDYA-Based Trend Detection → Adaptive moving averages adjust dynamically to price swings.
✔ SD-Filtered EMA Models → Uses normalized standard deviation levels to confirm trend validity.
✔ ATR-Adjusted Breakout Filters → Prevents false signals by incorporating dynamic volatility assessments.
🔹 Why Two UniStrategies?
• EvolveXSync, & ApexSync have different calculation methods, providing diverse perspectives on trend confirmation.
• Ensures robustness by mitigating overfitting to a single price-based model.
3️⃣ QBHV Sync – Momentum Deviation & Trend Confirmation
This component blends Bollinger Momentum Deviation (BMD) with a percentile-based trend model to confirm trend shifts.
📌 Core Components:
✔ Bollinger Momentum Deviation → A normalized SMA-SD filter detects overbought/oversold conditions.
✔ Percentile-Based Trend Confirmation → Ensures trends align with long-term volatility structure.
✔ Adaptive Signal Filtering → Prevents unnecessary trade signals by refining thresholds dynamically.
🔹 Why QBHV Sync?
• Adds a statistical layer to trend assessment, preventing whipsaws in volatile conditions.
• Complements HybridSync by ensuring price movements align with broader market forces.
4️⃣ Trend Confluence – The Final Aggregated Signal
AlphaSync blends HybridSync, EvolveXSync, ApexSync, and QBHV Sync into one final output.
📌 How It’s Weighted ? Equal Weight to remove any bias and over-reliance on one input.

✔ UniStrat V1 (Pure Trend) → 25% Weight
✔ UniStrat V2 (Trend + ATR) → 25% Weight
✔ QBHV Sync (Momentum & Deviation) → 25% Weight
🔹 Why Merge These Into One System?
The core philosophy behind AlphaSync is to create a holistic, structured decision-making framework that eliminates the weaknesses of single-method trading approaches. Instead of relying solely on technical indicators, which can lag or fail in macro-driven markets, AlphaSync blends price-based trend signals with macroeconomic, liquidity, and risk-adjusted models.
This multi-layered approach ensures that the system:
✔ Adapts dynamically to different market environments.
✔ Eliminates conflicting signals by creating a structured confluence score.

High and Low in a Given Date/Time RangeThis Pine Script v5 indicator plots horizontal lines at both the highest and lowest price levels reached within a user-defined date/time range.
Description:
Inputs:
The user specifies a start and an end date/time by providing the year, month, day, hour, and minute for each. These inputs are converted into timestamps based on the chart’s timezone.
How It Works:
Timestamp Conversion: The script converts the provided start and end dates/times into timestamps using the chart’s timezone.
Bar Check: It examines every bar and checks if the bar’s timestamp falls between the start and end timestamps.
Price Updates:
If a bar’s time is within the specified range, the indicator updates the highest price if the current bar's high exceeds the previously recorded high, and it updates the lowest price if the current bar's low is lower than the previously recorded low.
Drawing Lines:
A red horizontal line is drawn at the highest price, and a green horizontal line is drawn at the lowest price. Both lines start from the first bar in the range and extend dynamically to the current bar, updating as new high or low values are reached.
End of Range: Once a bar's time exceeds the end timestamp, the lines stop updating.
This tool offers a clear and straightforward way to monitor key price levels during a defined period without any extra fluff.
Highlight All Bars Matching Today's Weekday Across ChartThis indicator highlights all bars on the chart that correspond to the same weekday as today. It is designed to help traders identify recurring patterns or behaviors that may appear consistently on specific weekdays.
By visually marking these repeating days, traders can more easily observe potential time-based market tendencies and enhance pattern recognition in their analysis.
Smart Range Breakout - SwiftEdgeDescription:
The "Smart Range Breakout - SwiftEdge" indicator is a custom tool designed for identifying potential breakout opportunities on a 1-minute chart, with a focus on volatile markets like the DAX index. This script introduces a unique approach by combining range consolidation detection with volume confirmation and breakout validation, tailored for short-term trading strategies.
How It Works:
The indicator identifies consolidation periods where the price range (difference between the highest high and lowest low over a user-defined length) is below a multiple of the Average True Range (ATR). This helps detect periods of low volatility, which often precede breakouts.
Once a consolidation is confirmed (minimum number of bars), a green box is drawn on the chart, spanning a fixed length of bars (default 50), representing the potential breakout zone.
Breakouts are signaled only when a candle opens above the upper boundary (box top) or below the lower boundary (box bottom) of the consolidation box, ensuring a clear entry point based on price action at the open.
The script includes a volume filter, requiring volume to exceed a moving average by a specified multiplier, and a confirmation period to validate the breakout over consecutive bars.
To avoid signal clutter, only one breakout signal (up or down) is generated per box, and no further signals are issued until a new consolidation box is formed.
How to Use:
Apply the indicator to a 1-minute chart (optimized for DAX or similar volatile indices).
Adjust the "Consolidation Length" (default 5) to set the lookback period for detecting consolidation.
Modify the "Range Threshold (ATR Multiplier)" (default 2.0) to make the consolidation detection more or less strict based on market volatility.
Use "Minimum Consolidation Bars" (default 2) to set the minimum duration of a consolidation phase.
Tune "Confirmation Bars" (default 1) to require more bars to confirm the breakout.
Set "Volume MA Length" (default 5) and "Volume Multiplier" (default 1.1) to filter breakouts with insufficient volume.
Adjust "Max Box Length" (default 50) to control the duration of the breakout zone on the chart.
Look for green triangles below the chart for bullish breakouts and red triangles above for bearish breakouts, occurring when a candle opens outside the box with confirmed volume.
Originality:
This script stands out by integrating a fixed-length consolidation box with an opening-price breakout condition, combined with volume and multi-bar confirmation. Unlike traditional breakout indicators that rely solely on closing prices or simple price thresholds, this approach prioritizes the opening price and limits signals to one per cycle, reducing noise in volatile markets.
Chart Notes:
The accompanying chart displays the indicator's output with green boxes indicating consolidation zones, yellow dots marking consolidation periods, and green/red triangles for breakout signals. No additional scripts or unrelated drawings are included to ensure clarity.

CCT Pi Cycle Top/BottomPi Cycle Top/bottom: The Ultimate Market Cycle Indicator
Introduction
The Pi Cycle Top/bottom Indicator is one of the most reliable tools for identifying Bitcoin market cycle peaks and bottoms. Its effectiveness lies in the strategic combination of moving averages that historically align with major market cycle reversals. Unlike traditional moving average crossovers, this indicator applies an advanced iterative approach to pinpoint price extremes with higher accuracy.
This version, built entirely with Pine Script™ v6, introduces unprecedented precision in detecting both the Pi Cycle Top and Pi Cycle Bottom, eliminating redundant labels, optimizing visual clarity, and ensuring the indicator adapts dynamically to evolving market conditions.
What is the Pi Cycle Theory?
The Pi Cycle Top and Pi Cycle Bottom were originally introduced based on a simple yet profound discovery: key moving average crossovers consistently align with macro market tops and bottoms.
Pi Cycle Top: The crossover of the 111-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) and the 350-day SMA multiplied by 2 has historically signaled market tops with astonishing accuracy.
Pi Cycle Bottom: The intersection of the 150-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) and the 471-day SMA has repeatedly marked significant market bottoms.
While traditional moving average strategies often suffer from lag and false signals, the Pi Cycle Indicator enhances accuracy by applying a range-based scanning methodology, ensuring that only the most critical reversals are detected.
How This Indicator Works
Unlike basic moving average crossovers, this script introduces a unique iteration process to refine the detection of Pi Cycle points. Here’s how it works:
Detecting Crossovers:
Identifies the Golden Cross (bullish crossover) and Death Cross (bearish crossover) for both the Pi Cycle Top and Pi Cycle Bottom.
Iterating Through the Cycle:
Instead of plotting a simple crossover point, this script scans the range between each Golden and Death Cross to identify the absolute lowest price (Pi Cycle Bottom) and highest price (Pi Cycle Top) within that cycle.
Precision Labeling:
The indicator dynamically adjusts label positioning:
If the price at the crossover is below the fast moving average → the label is placed on the moving average with a downward pointer.
If the price is above the fast moving average → the label is placed below the candle with an upward pointer.
This ensures optimal visibility and prevents misleading signal placement.
Advanced Pine Script v6 Features:
Labels and moving average names are only shown on the last candle, reducing chart noise while maintaining clarity.
Offers full user customization, allowing traders to toggle:
Pi Cycle Top & Bottom visibility

Crossover labels
Why This Indicator is Superior
This script is not just another moving average crossover tool—it is a market cycle tracker designed for long-term investors and analysts who seek:
✔ High-accuracy macro cycle identification
✔ Elimination of false signals using an iterative range-based scan
✔ Automatic detection of market extremes without manual adjustments
✔ Optimized visuals with smart label positioning
✔ First-of-its-kind implementation using Pine Script™ v6 capabilities
How to Use It?
Bull Market Tops:
When the Pi Cycle Top indicator flashes, consider the potential for a market cycle peak.
Historically, Bitcoin has corrected significantly after these signals.
Bear Market Bottoms:
When the Pi Cycle Bottom appears, it suggests a macro accumulation phase.
These signals have aligned perfectly with historical cycle bottoms.
Final Thoughts
The Pi Cycle Top/bottom Indicator is a must-have tool for traders, investors, and analysts looking to anticipate long-term trend reversals with precision. With its refined methodology, superior label positioning, and cutting-edge Pine Script™ v6 optimizations, this is the most reliable version ever created.
RSI with Trend LinesThe RSI with Trend Lines indicator is a tool designed to analyze the behavior of the Relative Strength Index (RSI) combined with dynamic trend lines. This indicator not only provides the standard RSI reading but also identifies pivot points on the RSI and draws bullish and bearish trend lines based on these points. It also includes customizable options for adjusting trend lines, displaying the RSI moving average, and highlighting key levels such as overbought, oversold, and the center line.
This indicator is ideal for finding and identifying clear trends in the RSI and taking advantage of market breakout or consolidation signals. It also includes a table with the POC value, which represents the price level at which the most trading activity has occurred, indicating the highest liquidity and highest trading volume.
Key Features:
1. Basic RSI:
• Calculates the RSI using a configurable period length (default 14).
• Colors the RSI based on its direction (green for rising, red for falling) and its position relative to the center line (50).
2. Key Levels:
• Displays overbought (70 and 80), oversold (20 and 30), and the center line (50) levels for easy visual interpretation.
3. RSI Moving Average:
• Enables and configures an RSI moving average (SMA, EMA, WMA, or ALMA) to smooth out fluctuations and detect clearer trends.
4. Dynamic Trend Lines:
• Identifies pivot points on the RSI and draws bullish and bearish trend lines.
• Trend lines can be extended into the future or limited to the visible range.
• Includes options to display broken lines (trends that are no longer valid) and customize the style (solid or dashed).
5. Pivot Points:
• Displays the high and low pivot points on the chart for a better understanding of trend changes.
6. Advanced Customization:
• Adjust the pivot point period.
• Control the number of pivot points to consider for trend lines.
• Customize the line thickness and style.
How to Use the Indicator:
1. RSI Interpretation:
• Overbought Zone (RSI > 70): Indicates that the asset may be overvalued and could correct downward.
• Oversold Zone (RSI < 30): Suggests that the asset may be undervalued and could rebound.
• Centerline Crossover (50): A cross above 50 indicates bullish strength, while a cross below suggests weakness.
2. Trend Lines:
• Bullish Lines: Drawn when the RSI forms ascending low pivot points. These lines represent dynamic support.
• Bearish Lines: These are drawn when the RSI forms descending high pivot points. These lines represent dynamic resistance.
• Broken Lines: When a trend line becomes invalid (the RSI breaks the line), they are displayed in a dotted style to highlight the breakout.
3. Possible Trading Signals:
• Buy: When the RSI breaks an upward downtrend line.
• Sell: When the RSI breaks a downward uptrend line.
• Trend Confirmation: When the RSI stays within a valid trend line, it suggests that the current trend is strong.
4. A chart with the POC value:
• The point of control is a price level at which the highest trading volume occurs in a given time period. It is a key component of the Volume Profile indicator, which displays volume by price.
• Use of the POC in trading:
• The POC is used to identify areas of high interest and liquidity for trading.
• The POC provides information about the equilibrium point where buyers and sellers are most evenly matched.
• Therefore, it can be considered a zone of interest, meaning it can act as support or resistance.

Heiken Ashi Supertrend ATR-SL StrategyThis indicator combines Heikin Ashi candle pattern analysis with Supertrend to generate high-probability trading signals with built-in risk management. It identifies potential entries and exits based on specific Heikin Ashi candlestick formations while providing automated ATR-based stop loss management.
Trading Logic:
The system generates long signals when a green Heikin Ashi candle forms with no bottom wick (indicating strong bullish momentum). Short signals appear when a red Heikin Ashi candle forms with no top wick (showing strong bearish momentum). The absence of wicks on these candles signals a high-conviction market move in the respective direction.
Exit signals are triggered when:
1. An opposite pattern forms (red candle with no top wick exits longs; green candle with no bottom wick exits shorts)
2. The ATR-based stop loss is hit
3. The break-even stop is activated and then hit
Technical Approach:
- Select Heiken Ashi Canldes on your Trading View chart. Entried are based on HA prices.
- Supertrend and ATR-based stop losses use real price data (not HA values) for trend determination
- ATR-based stop losses automatically adjust to market volatility
- Break-even functionality moves the stop to entry price once price moves a specified ATR multiple in your favor
Risk Management:
- Default starting capital: 1000 units
- Default risk per trade: 10% of equity (customizable in strategy settings)
- Hard Stop Loss: Set ATR multiplier (default: 2.0) for automatic stop placement
- Break Even: Configure ATR threshold (default: 1.0) to activate break-even stops
- Appropriate position sizing relative to equity and stop distance
Customization Options:
- Supertrend Settings:
- Enable/disable Supertrend filtering (trade only in confirmed trend direction)
- Adjust Factor (default: 3.0) to change sensitivity
- Modify ATR Period (default: 10) to adapt to different timeframes
Visual Elements:
- Green triangles for long entries, blue triangles for short entries
- X-marks for exits and stop loss hits
- Color-coded position background (green for long, blue for short)
- Clearly visible stop loss lines (red for hard stop, white for break-even)
- Comprehensive position information label with entry price and stop details
Implementation Notes:
The indicator tracks positions internally and maintains state across bars to properly manage stop levels. All calculations use confirmed bars only, with no repainting or lookahead bias. The system is designed for swing trading on timeframes from 1-hour and above, where Heikin Ashi patterns tend to be more reliable.
This indicator is best suited for traders looking to combine the pattern recognition strengths of Heikin Ashi candles with the trend-following capabilities of Supertrend, all while maintaining disciplined risk management through automated stops.

IMPORTANCE OF THIS TEMPLATE
How to Pinpoint Stage 2
As I’ve stated, history clearly shows that virtually every superperformance stock was in a definite uptrend before experiencing its big advances. In fact, 99 percent of superperformance stocks traded above their 200-day moving averages before their huge advance, and 96 percent traded above their 50-day moving averages.
I apply the Trend Template criteria (see below) to every single stock I’m considering. The Trend Template is a qualifier. If a stock doesn’t meet the Trend Template criteria, I don’t consider it. Even if the fundamentals are compelling, the stock must be in a long-term uptrend—as defined by the Trend Template—for me to consider it as a candidate. Without identifying a stock’s trend, investors are at risk of going long when a stock is in a dangerous downtrend, going short during an explosive uptrend, or tying up capital in a stock lost in a sideways neglect phase. It’s important to point out that a stock must meet all eight of the Trend Template criteria to be considered in a confirmed stage 2 uptrend.- By MARK MINERVINI

POCKET PIVOT VOLUME & GAP-UP DETECTION
1. Pocket Pivot Volume
The Pocket Pivot Volume indicator displays a blue arrow below the candle if:
- The stock's price rises more than 3% from the open.
- The day's volume exceeds the highest red volume of the past 10 days (as per the 'Pocket Pivot' concept by Gil Morales & Chris Kacher).
If only one condition is met, no arrow appears.
How to Use:
- Use the blue arrow as a buy signal when a stock breaks out from a proper base (e.g., cup & handle, Darvas box).
- For existing positions, it signals a continuation buy opportunity.
- Avoid entries if the stock is too extended from the 10-day moving average (10MA).
---
2. Gap-Up Detection (>0.5%)
A blue candle appears when a stock gaps up by more than 0.5% from the previous close. This indicator is off by default and can be enabled in settings.
How to Use:
- A strong close on a gap-up day indicates strength.
- Use it alongside proper base breakouts from tight consolidations.
- Avoid entries if the stock is extended from the 10MA.
---
Precautions & Key Points
- Avoid long entries in weak market conditions or below the 200MA.
- Prioritize fundamentally strong stocks with solid earnings, margins, and sales growth.
- Buy breakouts from well-formed bases for optimal setups.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

RSI & MACD Exit IndicatorThis indicator is designed to assist traders in identifying potential exit points for long and short trades by combining the Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD).
Unlike traditional indicators that provide entry signals, this script is specifically optimized for exit strategies, helping traders manage their positions efficiently.
How It Works
The script identifies potential exit points based on the following conditions:
🔴 Exit Long:
- RSI crosses above the user-defined overbought threshold (default: 65).
- MACD crosses below the signal line (bearish crossover).
🟢 Exit Short:
- RSI crosses below the user-defined oversold threshold (default: 35).
- MACD crosses above the signal line (bullish crossover).
When these conditions align, a label appears on the price chart indicating an exit point.
Key Features
- Customizable RSI & MACD Settings – Adjust lengths and thresholds to suit your strategy.
- ATR-Based Adjustments – The script incorporates an ATR multiplier for dynamic signal adjustments based on market volatility.
- Clear Visual Labels – Exit points are clearly marked on price candles.
- Color-Coded Background – Highlights buy/sell zones for quick identification.
- Alerts for Exit Signals – Receive notifications when exit conditions are met.
- Clean Chart Design – The MACD plots are placed below the main chart to avoid clutter.
How to Use
⚠ This indicator is for exits only and does not generate buy/sell entry signals.
For long trades: When an Exit Long signal appears, traders may consider closing or reducing their long positions.
For short trades: When an Exit Short signal appears, traders may consider closing or reducing their short positions.
ATR Settings: Users can adjust the ATR multiplier to fine-tune the signal frequency based on market conditions.
Important Notes
- This indicator does not guarantee future performance—it should be used alongside other analysis methods.
- No financial advice – Always use proper risk management.
- TradingView users who do not read Pine Script can still fully utilize this script thanks to the detailed signal labels and alerts.

Trend Angle Indicator [Iridio Capital]Overview
The Trend Angle Indicator provides a clear and intuitive way to visualize market trends by calculating the inclination (in degrees) of a linear regression line over a set number of bars. Instead of relying on traditional trend indicators that can be difficult to interpret, this tool offers a straightforward angular representation of price movement, making it easy to gauge the strength and direction of a trend at a glance.
How It Works
Linear regression is a statistical method used to model the relationship between variables—in this case, price movement over time. It finds the best-fit line that minimizes deviations from actual price values, allowing us to determine the trend's slope. By converting this slope into degrees, the indicator provides a natural and intuitive way to assess market conditions :
0° → Sideways market (no clear trend)
+25° to +360° → Uptrend (higher inclination means stronger trend)
-25° to -360° → Downtrend (steeper negative angles indicate a stronger decline)
Key Features & Strengths
✅ Intuitive Trend Visualization – Instead of arbitrary values, the indicator expresses the trend in degrees, making it easy to understand how steep the market is moving.
✅ Identifies Consolidation & Strong Trends – The indicator highlights periods of market consolidation (when the angle stays between the green and red horizontal lines) and strong bullish or bearish trends when breaking above or below these thresholds.
✅ Color Highlighting for Trend Strength – Areas above +25° (strong uptrend) and below -25° (strong downtrend) are shaded, allowing for instant recognition of strong moves.
✅ Works on Any Timeframe & Asset – Whether trading stocks, forex, crypto, or futures, this tool helps detect meaningful trends across different markets.
How to Use It
Look at the trend angle line:
If it stays between +25° and -25° , the market is consolidating.
If it breaks above +25° , an uptrend is strengthening.
If it drops below -25° , a strong downtrend is forming.
Use the highlighted regions to confirm strong market momentum .
Combine it with other indicators (e.g., volume, moving averages) for additional confirmation.
VWAP with ADX Buy/Sell Signals and 50 MA BackgroundThis Pine Script combines several technical indicators to create a comprehensive chart with buy and sell signals based on the ADX and VWAP, as well as background color changes depending on the price relative to the 50-period simple moving average (SMA). Here's a breakdown of what each part of the code does:
1. VWAP Settings
Anchor Period: You can select different periods such as "Session", "Week", "Month", etc. to define the anchor period for the VWAP.
Source: The source for VWAP is set to the typical price (hlc3).
Offset: Allows for shifting the VWAP by a specified amount.
2. ADX Settings
ADX Length: The period used to calculate the ADX.
ADX Smoothing: Used to smooth the ADX for better clarity.
ADX Threshold: Used to filter out weak trends (i.e., signals when ADX > 20).
3. ADX and VWAP Calculation
The ADX values are calculated using ta.dmi(), which returns the +DI, -DI, and ADX lines.
VWAP is calculated using ta.vwap(), based on the selected price source.
4. Buy/Sell Conditions
Buy Signal: A buy signal is generated when:
The +DI crosses above the -DI (indicating an uptrend).
The ADX is above 20 (indicating a strong trend).
The closing price is above the VWAP (indicating bullish market sentiment).
Sell Signal: A sell signal occurs when:
The -DI crosses above the +DI (indicating a downtrend).
The ADX is above 20 (indicating a strong trend).
The closing price is below the VWAP (indicating bearish market sentiment).
5. VWAP Bands
The standard deviation of the price is calculated using ta.stdev(), and the bands are plotted at multiples of the standard deviation (1, 2, and 3).
These bands are used to highlight possible overbought or oversold conditions.
6. 50-period SMA and Background Color
The script calculates a 50-period Simple Moving Average (SMA).
The background color is then changed based on whether the price is above or below the 50-period SMA. If the price is above the SMA, the background is green (bullish), and if it’s below, it’s red (bearish).
7. Plots
The script includes plots for the VWAP line, the ADX and DI lines (optional), and the upper and lower bands.
The buy and sell signals are plotted as shapes with text labels ("BUY" and "SELL") that appear below or above the price bars.
Final Notes:
Band Plots: Three levels of bands (green, olive, teal) are plotted using standard deviation multipliers (1, 2, and 3 times the standard deviation).
Background Color: The background color changes depending on whether the price is above or below the 50 SMA, giving a visual cue for bullish or bearish market conditions.
This indicator aims to offer a multi-faceted view of the market with trend-following signals (via ADX), VWAP for intraday support/resistance, and background coloring to indicate the current trend strength based on the 50 SMA.
