DXY (Dollar Index) | The best scenario for the fall
Hello traders, DXY in 1-hour timeframe, this analysis was prepared in 1-hour timeframe but has been published for a better view in 2-hour timeframe.
According to our expectations from the dollar index, there was a decline.
We assumed that this descent was for one of the waves, wave 3, but depending on the structure that was formed, it could also be part of wave 2.
This descent is the third wave of the wave, probably 1 in 3, and the ascent to the bottom of the orange channel is wave 4, and now we expect a descent again for wave 5.
Normally we expect a drop from the same orange channel floor and a maximum of 0.50 Fibo and 0.618 Fibo.
But if the end of wave 1, the warning sign, is broken, the climb will continue to 94,000 to 94,200 as part of wave 2.
