The Trend might be downward on this pair since a few months, but I will be looking for an opportunity to buy on a long term view. As you can see on the Weekly TimeFrame, the price reacted perfectly on the slanting line. Zooming on the Daily TF, you will see a Daily engulfing.
I will buy this pair if we break and retest the green rectangle around 1.2710, ONLY after the close of a Daily Candle. The SL might depends on the signal, of your trading style, and on your leverage. It should be around 1.245 but if you don't want a large stop loss, put it under the candle that gave you the signal. Take profits will be 1.324 and 1.36.
