There is a major up indicator evolved over last month or so on a very large time frame like 3D , 4D and Week now.. price also bounced at the weekly resistance level atleast 4 times in last 2 years
If this breaks out and weekly wave kicks in ...I see a massive bull flag that may take NGAS to new multi year high...
I know this is a long shot and its so rare that no one even bother to post that thought but this is still a possibility given the amount of time NGAS has been consolidating at this level...

If this works out the target will be 3.64 which is the 5 week resistance level
