NIFTY50...Wave "B" pullback on the run!?

Good Morning, I have an issue due to publish analyze as always. I`m located in Germany, but I always publish analyze for NIFTY50 on the page "English(IN)". My favorite browser is chrome. After empty my computers cache, I`m not able to publish chart etc anymore. This problem occured not once or twice. It always occur after emtpy the cache! Do you have an idea what this issue caused? It would be great if there is anyone around to help to fix this issue.
