RMTI targeting 2.10 - 4.11 - 10 but ..

RMTI can be bullish and only confirmed if breaks out the symmetrical triangle. otherwise it cancels the whole forecast.
2.10 and 4.11 are resistants of a previous support. 10 is the wave target.
