On the chart, provided are the price swing levels along with major support and resistance.
Today's first two candles were 11-16-23 1:25 AM, 11-16-23 5:51 AM which have passed by and created resistances. So definitely long only above these candles and then next three candles for today are

11-16-23 7:09 PM
Mark high and low of these candles and trade accordingly.
