As from my previous gold daily chart analysis, I mentioned a zigzag correction was going on and it is indeed still going.

Currently price is in Impulse C which many of us considering downtrend of GOLD but it is not. Gold is still in uptrend and after this completion of zigzag pattern it is going to a new all time high.

So what's next after today's big news released from USA?

Zigzag Pattern has the formation of 5-3-5, in overall ABC which means A has 5 moves, B has 3 and C has 5.

A was successfully completed.
B was successfully completed.
C ??!!!

Not yet.

C has completed its 1,2,3 move and 4,5 is remaining.

Now we are seeing GOLD is moving up that is the 4th move of the C not a trend reversal.

From here, Gold may go 1845/1860/1880/1900/1930

Then from any of these level we will see GOLD at 1780/1730 zone and completion of zigzag correction.

Then a fly to all time high.

I am attaching my previous daily chart analysis where you will see how accurately GOLD has followed the wave theory.

P.S. Gold will not complete its 4th move till FED RATE HIKE.

Guys this is not a completed 4th move of Impulsive C.

Because the 4th move will also have 3 moves ABC because it is also a corrective move.

So far in this chart I can notice according to Elliot Wave price is making a zigzag correction in 4th move.

So the A will have 5 moves, B will 3 and C will again 5.

From any of the level 1863/1867/1875 price will be rejected and started to make the B of 4th move which I believe will fill the today's gap.

For your information the "B" of zigzag correction is small in duration.

If price breaks the level B (1953.xxx) then we will consider GOLD as an uptrend and the current wave will be the 1st wave of uptrend.

Price is near 50% retracement level and there is a strong supply zone (1934-1947)

If we see a strong rejection at this level then we can expect Gold to fall at least to 38.20% level for retest which is around 1905-1910

Matter of fact if there is no updated news of the war then this will happen.

So according to my analysis the zigzag C was a failure.

The marked move is now the 1st move of GOLD new cycle which will lead us to all time high ...

According to wave theory we all know that most of the time the 3rd wave is the extensive one.

This 1st move is basically so prolonged because of the war things.
