XLM broke out of it's multi year accumilation range, right now re-testing that range as support. I'd say this is a nobrainer place to invest longer term. The charts look good for more upside. No need to instantly fomo, this bottom probably has to develop and can take a month or two before it starts taking off. So scaling in over time near the lower ends around 1000 satoshi is probably the play.
