Education: array.new_line() control + #loops

Script which showcases usage of #loops:

• while
  
• for ... to
  
• for ... in
  

With the goal to control the size of an array -> array.new_line()
and controlling whether a x1 of a line is not too far in history

When this is the case, the line gets deleted through several ways
