CandleMapTF - Timeframe Chaining

Description:
This Pine Script creates a compact "Timeframe Chaining" status table for TradingView.
For up to four user-defined Parent and Child timeframe pairs, it displays the current
higher timeframe candle progress (percent and remaining time), the HTF close time,
and when applicable the child-bar index within the current HTF candle (idx/tot).
The table is designed to help you track where you are inside HTF candles while viewing
a lower timeframe, with optional reliability checks and a warning when bar counts do not
match the theoretical TF ratio (due to session breaks or missing data).
